I serve on the product team for Thryv, a SaaS platform designed for small businesses, which is used by over 40,000 SMBs to automate their day to day operations. I manage our community of highly engaged users by creating social media content, providing updates on feature launches, and handle escalations for those users. This community also serves as a resource for beta testing, feedback, and other sources of data.I manage feedback channels, including categorizing and responding to feature requests, as well as analyzing the data to determine trends and help shape our product roadmap.I maintain our knowledge center by writing and updating relevant support articles about software features, creating new types of content to provide the best help to our users. This role also includes production and editing of how-to videos.
