Embedded role @facebook with Global Security Systems and Technology (New Builds program and commissioning team)Responsibilities:• Programming of Facebook’s Global Security Systems & Technology Systems (AccessControl, Video Management, Cameras, Intercoms, Key Management, etc) which coincide with an aggressive build schedule. Provide support and technical training on hardware and software to end users.• Provides support and technical training on hardware and software to end users.• System Support to the Integrators/LSPs in the field.• Project management of Integrator/LSP resources in the field coordinating testing andcommissioning of projects. System Support to the Integrators/LSPs in the field.• Troubleshooting Facebook Security technologies (Access Control, Video Managementsystems Mac, Intercoms, key management, etc.).• PC/MAC support on and Windows software and hardware for end usersvia phone, email will be required occasionally.• Enforce/follow documented installation standards and New Builds processes such asDHCP reservations, MAC White listing, Load Sheets and other New buildsdocumentation as well as any other Security Specific techniques.• Assists in basic network troubleshooting as it relates to GSST technologies.• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows.• Troubleshooting physical security applications, hardware, network cabling, etc.• Proficient with the following systems: Software House CCure 9000 and Genetec
