Served as project lead for the RPI TV “Glimpse” project during enrollment at RPI, a for-credit position through the Rensselaer Center for Open Source.- Modernized the infrastructure from the ground up using a multitude of microservices to power a Vue-based website, NestJS/GraphQL-based CMS, Discord integration, live video stream distribution, and more.- Microservices communicated via a RabbitMQ server, with data stored in Redis and PostgreSQL.Gained experience managing a small team, designing microservice architectures and large-scale applications, video signal flow and protocols, and various new technologies.Included a period of paid work, with the additional achievements:- Designed a portable live production studio with capabilities including live replay, 10 camera inputs, video routing & switching, the Glimpse graphics suite, and more.- Significantly improved production scheduling flexibility and setup/teardown times through the implementation of portable equipment and organization.

Worked as a junior developer for ESL Gaming on their 3rd party Minecraft client “Badlion,” one of the largest Minecraft clients in the world.- Tackled user interface improvements, bug fixes, and new quality-of-life features.- Gained extensive experience working on an agile team, with Java, and some OpenGL.
