A forward thinking, technology focused professional with 18 plus years of experience implementing and managing large scale projects. As Technology Director in the education sector I have been tasked with ensuring that the district is able to keep pace with changing technology while being limited to a small budget. In this role I am responsible for not only managing projects but also carrying them from initial proof of concept through the lifecycle of the project including implementation by myself and also managing consultants on a limited basis where needed. Considering the budget constraints, I have been able to bring advanced technology solutions to the students and staff of the district with limited staff and resources.- Lead the district from very little to no IT Infrastructure to providing enterprise class solutions. After the passing of a bond for the district I was tasked with managing the bond projects for all wiring, fiber and new network equipment. This has allowed us to expand to a 10GB backbone this last summer.
