Project Design• Designed Traffic Engineering plans, special provisions, and estimates for proposed State Design projects. Followed projects through the design phase while acting as a traffic liaison during construction.• Coordinated projects with other units and municipalities to ensure that all areas of concern are addressed in an efficient and effective manner.• Reviewed and commented on various Consultant Design and State Design project submittals including Bridge Rehabilitation, Traffic Signal Installation, Roadway Realignment, and Pedestrian Safety Improvements.• Conducted Synchro analyses of intersection corridors to identify the impact of proposed projects on existing traffic operations, and mitigate any predicted disruptions.• Performed field inspections and work zone reviews and coordinated with the Project Engineer to address any violations.Autonomous Vehicles Committee• Reviewed and commented on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) “Federal Automated Vehicles Policy”, Connecticut’s Autonomous Vehicle Legislative Proposal and NHTSA’s “Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) Communication, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking”• Attended the Northeast Autonomous Vehicle Summit and worked with other state DOT’s to streamline proposed policy and identify common areas of concern.• Presented at the 2017 Connecticut Department of Transportation’s Traffic Engineering Summit.

Conducted a quarterly revenue analysis that predicted revenue probabilities by generating a cumulative equation based on the previous quarterly sale parameters. Analyzed sales data and geographic audiences for targeted marketing campaigns, and created press releases relating to new product, consumer, and company information.

Parking Lot Design• Analyzed the public bus, taxi, and tour bus turn patterns using AutoTURN. • Created a parking scheme layout for tour buses and taxi queuing.Space Management Parking Lot Proposal• Analyzed turn patterns of tractor trailers (WB-40), tour buses, passenger vehicles, garbage trucks, and utility vehicles using AutoTURN.• Designed and proposed a large scale facility parking layout for tractor trailer screening, tour bus queuing, and cell phone parking, while utilizing existing conditions and avoiding Right of Way restrictions.Boston City Road Draining Plan• Calculated and proposed sidewalk and roadway slopes to allow adequate drainage and comply with ADA standards. • Conducted an AutoTURN analysis to propose a curb cut that allowed sufficient access to the vehicle loading dock.
