    GSA Headquarters Modernization/Transformation and relocation to GSA Swing Space. Managed the design, development, deployment, and oversight of all IT initiatives for the Modernization of the GSA Headquarters Building in Washington, DC and the relocation to GSA Swing Space at One Constitution Square (1275 First Street, NE). This includes:- Overall budget development and supervision.- Design of the building cable plant and installation of telecommunications circuits. Developed the concept of a single backbone for all IP services within a building. This included the addition of physical security services and building management services on a single backbone.- Deployment of a new VoIP Infrastructure and Installation of WAN and LAN Backbone routers and switches in the telecommunication areas (this VoIP implementation included the configuration of softphone only environments at 1800 F).- Managed the installation of the Video Telecommunication systems at the GSA Swing Space Building and the GSA Headquarters Building.- Managed the implementation of IP based broadcast television distribution within the GSA Headquarters Building.- Contract and Oversight of the removal of excess IT equipment from 4 major GSA facilities- Managed the orderly shutdown and closure of IT Infrastructure Systems in 3 major GSA facilities (Buildings in Crystal City, Willow Wood, and One Constitution Square)- Managed the relocation of major computing centers at 1800 F (majority of assets transferred to the GSA ROB in Kansas City, MO) and at 2200 Crystal Drive (majority of IT assets transferred to the PBS Data Center in Chantilly, VA)- Managed the implementation of shared printing service centers at 1800 F which eliminated the need for workgroup and personal printers- Managed the design and installation of a new Computer Room at 1800 F which included new technology for cooling (In-Row) and a shared UPS within the building
