During my practical training on a large-scale dairy farm, I came in contact with a group that wanted to make a tea plantation economical viable again. Following the practical period, I stayed one more year and assisted in drawing up a plan to diversify the plantation, introducing animal husbandry and fruit trees. My biggest challenge was not to disturb the tea production, and integrate the activities into the normal tea production.
