St. Anthony'S North Hospital

St. Anthony 144th - $18,400,000 Electrical Project Superintendent for construction of a 350,000 square foot addition to the 60,000 square feet North Medical Pavilion. The project includes a Level III emergency room, an ambulatory surgery center, 92 inpatient beds, an outpatient diagnostics, and treatment center, a women’s health center with labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum rooms, and clinic space for 54 primary and special-care physicians to incorporate primary care with emergency and specialty care to make patient care more effective and cost efficient. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Campus - $10,550,000 Electrical Greenfield construction of new hospital with central utility plant and 4 floor patient tower, with tie ins to an existing emergency clinic. Eisenhower Johnson Tunnel

Johnson Bore MCC Replacement - Eisenhower/Johnson Motor Tunnel, CO First CM/GC design-assist project in CDOT history. Scope of work included demolition of four 35-year-old 2400v MCCs, and then procurement and installation of replacement lineups and new PLC system to replace the 30-year-old Relay Logic System. Saved CDOT $1,000,000 by stopping an incorrect Motor Type specification they were about to send out for bid. The diameter of each of the 12 ventilation fans in the Johnson tunnel measures 10 feet 6 inches. Two 2-speed motors, one at 25hp and 200hp, and the other at 100hp and 600hp control each fan, with 65 control conductors originating and terminating between each MCC, master control board, and field control device. This totaled 780 control conductors to order and install. Each MCC lineup consisted of six sections of motor controls, one section for lighting and one section for the incoming line, with each section measuring 8 feet tall, 3 feet wide, and 3 feet deep. Due to size limitations of the electrical rooms, the 24-foot long MCC lineups had to fit precisely onto the existing pad. Installation of the new PLC control system involved extensive tracing of all control systems from the existing MCC, through the relay control cabinet and field control devices on the fan deck, to the traffic control room.2012 A.G.C. St. Anthony'S West Hospital

St. Anthony Hospital, Lakewood - $40,300,000 Electrical This project was a 33-month construction including site development, core and shell, tenant finish, special room build-out, full kitchen with serving stations, and chapel. Systems consisted of fire alarm, lighting control, lightning protection. The nine-story, 671,000 square foot facility has 272 patient rooms, 37 Handicap Accessible Rooms, and 30 Isolation Rooms. The Ortho Colorado Tower has 6 built-out and 3 shelled Operating Rooms. The hospital has 12 built-out and 1 shelled Operating Rooms. The facility houses 26 Imaging Rooms, and 60 intensive care suites. The hospital hosts the only non-profit, Level 1 Trauma Facility in Colorado, with 19 operating room suites including orthopedic and cardiac specialty suites, and Colorado’s only T10 Integrate Trauma Suite. The roof-mounted helicopter pad has high-speed patient access to the emergency and surgery departments.This was the first major hospital to feature aluminum feeder wire throughout the facility. Ibm Data Center

Building 003 Data Center, IBM Campus, BoulderTransformation of IBM’s 120,000 square foot Building 003 into a Tier 3 Data Center with 70,000 square feet of raised floor. Power in the building was fed via buss-duct as well as copper conductor in pipe and cable tray. The full system is completely redundant and includes a built-in load bank for future equipment testing.
