CurrentLead and inspire cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, set improvement targets, and drive initiatives from concept through completion.Using a focused lens on customer service, identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and/or improve quality across one or more departments by assessing existing processes (GEMBA), systems, and workflows (VSM) Provide leadership and direction to ensure projects are in alignment with operational plans for assigned area(s) and are aligned with CoreLogic’s overall executive strategic plans and specific tactical initiativesPartner with cross-functional groups and department leaders to identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through the application of lean, six sigma and other such change methodologies and tools. Oversee concurrent, diverse, and time-sensitive projects from inception to completion in various business units across the Enterprise Operations GroupTrain, mentor, and guide team members at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement
