Updated legacy VB6 / Access SQL to access the new database. • Created new PERL based product ‘DiCompiler’ for use by end-users to anonymize and securely upload patient digital data. • One of two developers that created new Clinical trial processing tools for ITC.• Written in Perl, JavaScript, C, using JSON & jQuery.• Import /Export & Send DICOM data sets.• Tools to detect and repair various DICOM issues (correct data linkage, correct Structure naming, Plan / case identification, …)• Anonymization, Data correction, versioning of case data and change tracking.• Creation of Dose volume histograms, Summing doses, Structure creation. -
