I´m working in the in R&D group with projects aimning at increasing the size and quality of the SiC wafers that the company produce and sell.

The company develops a radically new type of organic memories.I was working with the electrical characterization of the memories and was thereby the one in the project group that investigated how the memory worked in reality and could give the key feedback.The unique memory component made us develop our own measurement instruments and methods. The project I worked in aimed at making high power components out of SiC.My major contribution was to build a fully automatic microscope based surface inspection system that could recognize and registrate various types of surface defects in SiC.
