About Erik Ton

Erik Pieter Djibo Ton (1993) holds an BSc in Psychology, MSc in Economic and Consumer Psychology and completed the Honours Leiden Leadership Program at Leiden University. After completing his studies in 2018, Erik joined Maes & Lunau and quickly developed into manager of the Research department of Maes & Lunau. He managed a team of seven experienced executive research consultants and three executive research analysts. Erik is currently the managing director of Diversity Executive Search, focussing on promoting diversity in both the public and private sector. In addition, Erik is active for five social and nonprofit organisations. The motto that typifies Erik can be found in: “The beauty of empowering others is that your own power is not diminished in the process.”
