- Two competition wins (FSN and FSAEIT) in 2019 and highly reputable 3rd position during Formula Student Germany. - Working closely with all departments on the vehicle concept and target development. - Key member during ‘Engineering Design’ competition, leading the team to a multiple Engineering Design Finals also during most competitive event in Germany. - Personally responsible for development of design targets through sensitivity analysis of various car aspects.- Development and maintenance of various team dynamic models in Vi-Grade and Matlab Simulink.- Tyre development through close cooperation with tyre manufacturer (Pirelli).- Development and operations of DIL simulator based on Vi-Grade software and self-built hardware. - Introduced and developed with electronics department on track data analysis methodology.- Taken the role of Race Engineer during track activities and races, responsible for test plan, setups and tyre management.

Lancaster Racing is a project aimed at building and racing a car at Formula Student competition. The core design team is formed by 4th year MEng students, however a new project of introduction 2nd and 3rd year students has been setup as 'Racing Club'. The aim of the club is to maintain previous years car, resolving any issues found to then use it as a testing chassis for performance ideas and for driver training. As an autonomous project we are responsible for organising all aspects of testing including Health and Safety.

Divided into two periods to work within different departments aimed at understanding the challenge of supplying four F1 teams with advanced, competitive and reliable Power Units (incl. ERS system). Product Development within Energy Recovery System Mechanical team: - Working on combination of mechanical and electrical aspects of the high voltage systems - Sharing tasks of full-time engineers with little supervision - Focused on MGU-K and MGU-H electrical machines with support of as ERS module and HV cables as well - Support of current product throughout business in manufacturing, build, test and on track - Development test procedures to assess durability and performance of the new product - Creation of CAD models, supported by FEA analysis and completed by professional engineering drawings Product Validation within Power Unit Confirmation team: - Overseeing Engine Strip department, responsible for assigning tasks that need to be completed on each power unit - Responsible for providing engineering support and addressing issues found by technicians - Supporting engineering in root cause analysis, reporting on failures and failure point prediction - Ensuring all data requested by engineering is collected and stored accordingly - Development of Matlab tools for batch data analysis
