- Oversees FP&A initiatives for Americas & Europe (AEU) region including the consolidation, creation, and reporting/analysis of key financials including quarterly estimates, variance explanations, and regional weekly/monthly reporting. - Employs superior financial and accounting acumen to steer projects associated with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow analysis, and ad hoc analysis. Also developed monthly financial estimates for value engineering and strategic sourcing. - Prepared PPV and MUV reporting, analysis, and required journal entries for five Beckman Coulter sites. Also provided PPV variance commentary for the procurement buyer and planners group.- Supported department managers and site executives by preparing monthly cost-of-finished goods.- Utilized complex Excel/Access-based financial model to manage and circulate monthly instrument and spares volume reporting initiatives. - Presented monthly cycle count reporting to materials department directors.
