Starting as independent advisor soon got involved so deeply in the company’s daily management that I have been offered the role of general manager just after 3 months. Following a restructuring and optimising of the company the product has become the second biggest selling energy drink on the Maltese market and now starting to widen the portfolio as well as the clientele.

As a co-founder of the company, a full-service brand managing agency, working on the field of creative strategy and production, as well as PR and event marketing fields of communication. The first Brand Experience agency in Hungary. Acting as part of the leading team of the agency I was responsible for strategic planning, media management and client liaison

Berg Media Budapest was founded 1996, as an independent media agency. The agency was specialized in media planning and buying. Berg Media became a key player of the Hungarian media market by 1999 through its dynamic growth. By the end of 2001 the agency was amongst the top 10 media agencies on the Hungarian market, based upon turnover. Started as media planner and buyer in 1998 gradually promoted up to managing director position in 2007. Besides many professional organisations Berg was also a member of the international network of local agencies INGlobal/ICOM and as the managing director I was personally repsonsible for all affairs and assigments coming through the network.

Edison Network, an independent creative agency with a portfolio of local and international clients. As the head of client service, my task was to operate and lead the 10 persons staff of creative client service and coordination of cooperation with Berg Media planning team, to carry the client service for the main clients, to coordinate the new business activities of both companies. Main roles included leading of sales procedure, client service for key advertisers and agencies; management of special issues and products.

Joined the company in an internship scheme to learn the language and learn about the company’s internal systems and product lines , that was extended with tasks to work with and assist the sales force in the office as well as on the field.
