I am a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville working towards a Finance degree with a collateral in Business Analytics. I am set to graduate in May 2023!While In school, I have also been employed at KCDC, a real estate development corporation, where I learned a lot about alternative financing in the real estate industry as well as understanding real estate financial models.I am also the owner/operator of West Knox Landscaping, LLC, a lawn care business where I gained valuable experience in operations, financing, marketing, and tax strategies. With discipline and relentless efforts, I have collected a valuable set of skills in entrepreneurship.Being a part of these organizations, I have developed a strong skillset focused on time and financial management. In school I learned the value of networking with other like minded individuals; I have done this through clubs and groups. With my internship, my financial modeling skills have been strengthened by building financial projections and other useful models. I carried these skills over to my business and have been utilizing all of my skills to grow, delegate, and lead the operations of the organization at a high volume. Each of my endeavors have brought me a unique set of skills that I use in my professional and personal life on a daily basis.
