I was given the opportunity to join a previous manager in his pre-seed start-up. With a unique product it was an excellent opportunity to join a real start up and grow it from scratch. I was the first hire into the business. In essence, Playter was retail finance for recruitment fees. SMEs could use our facility to split their fees free of charge by using one of our partner agencies. I brought on the first 50 agencies to the business and brought the first revenue in. Ultimately, I came in to the business too early, and the PMF had not been defined. In order to increase the runway for the business, I left. The business then made a complete market change.

I work with a number of verticals, with a focus on Financial Services.Conga are a key part of any business's Digital Transformation, and we are the 3rd rated SalesForce Partner globally. Our solution focuses around Document Management, Contract Life-cycle Management, and E-Signature. I left Conga tracking at 97% YTD against £192k.
