Set priorities, met with customers, managed schedules and outlined system architecture for the VES.• Integrated Microsoft’s Security Development Life Cycle with Vexcel’s SCRUM based development model.• Developed applications, documentation and deployment plans using the Microsoft platform for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, and the National Reconnaissance Office.• Drove effort to build deep integration between SQL Server and VES.• Led effort to integrate Virtual Earth Server with AGI STK.• Built prototype to load, register and display real time vector data and aerial photography over Virtual Earth base map data. The project received feeds of vector and raster data from forward deployed aircraft and fused this data with VE to provide near real-time view of the changing ground situation to a web browser. The project relied on SQL Server 2008, ASP.net, Virtual Earth Server and C++ and C# components.• Designed system to allow auto registration and display of GPS encoded JPEG imagery into the Virtual Earth platform.
