Responsible for the origination and execution of Investment Grade debt and innovative hybrid debt/equity financing solutions for corporate clients.Part of the Debt Capital Markets group as an originator of fixed income product solutions, with primary coverage responsibilities for Industrial clients and a mandate to “uptier” with selected Consumer/Retail & Healthcare clients.Responsibilities include cultivating/maintaining relationships with CFOs and Treasurers, pitching new financing opportunities, advising on capital structure and corporate financial policy, as well as the execution of capital markets transactions.Extensive execution experience surrounding all aspects of transactions including; origination pitches, due diligence, drafting and reviewing offering documentation, preparing roadshow and credit rating agency presentations, as well as the launch and pricing of securities.Lead book-running execution roles on over 150 transactions generating $100 billion+ in client capital.

Coverage of Industrials industry team focused on advisory services and the origination of various capital markets product offerings.Performed extensive valuation analysis utilizing public equity comparable and acquisition transactions, discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout models for sell-side, buy-side, going private and other strategic alternatives pitches.Developed complex financial models assisting clients with merger integration and the financing of equity, high-yield, investment grade, and convertible securities offerings.Significant business and industry due diligence experience relating to client operations and industry issues/trends to understand their financial situation and evaluate true cash flow potential.Participated/supported in strategic alternatives presentations to Senior Management, Executive Committees and Board of Directors.
