I'm currently doing Projects & Financial Advisory with specialization in container terminals, ports and other types of infrastructure projects typically implemented as Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP).Throughout my carrier, I have been involved in numerous port- and terminal transactions (greenfields, brownfields, acquisitions, privatisations), provided support to projects under initiation, construction and start-up, and also to terminals and other types of infrastructure (e.g. rail, renewables) already in operation. Since 2009, I have been closely associated with Seaport Group, on a non-exclusive basis, within the ports and terminals’ space advising private and public sector customers mainly within finance and commercial related areas.I have a background as an international experienced Finance Executive, which included the role as Director of Finance & Accounting and deputy CFO of APM Terminals, and my fixed employment background stems from transport, logistics and ports sector, as well as positions held within internal- and external audit. I have over the years accumulated strong emerging market exposure. Steering committee member of WAPPP (World Association of PPP Units & Professionals) and Chair on the Port Chapter. WAPPP is a global non-governmental organization that promotes best practices in PPP to align with UN SDGs (https://wappp.net/).
