Since 2022, I have used my computer science knowledge and robotics background as an in-house land technician. I have diversified my skills in various land categories which includes: preparing documents, records indexing, chaining title, surface/mineral owner research, digital mapping, direct mailings, and electronic communications. These skills have been instrumental in successful acquisitions for utility scale solar farms and have been used for the unitization of drilled pooling units in past projects. Recently I have completed Michigan State University's GIS program. Starting in April 2024 my GIS certification and ArcGIS Pro capabilities have enabled Acres & Acres to establish a digital mapping department. In addition to my technical expertise, my attention to detail and adaptability across all facets of land work position me as a modern and evolved landman.
