Responsible for all aspects of the analysis and evaluation of complex internal or external customer business problems and the development of solutions.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Retrieve and analyze data. Evaluate information to determine management and/or customers solutions for operational and business objectives. Develops and deploys global tools and processes, and develops supporting processes, methods, and tool kits for provisioning, procurement, or network management. Accountable for all timelines and project plans from data gathering through implementation. Collect information such as financial or operational data from numerous sources in various formats and translate it into a standard format in order to identify trends or improve cost. Design and/or create reports/summaries, reporting tools, and database requirements to help operational effectiveness and decision making. Construct and apply statistical and/or financial models and/or analysis to support strategic initiatives. Analyze production, implementation and/or manufacturing expenses/processes to determine most cost effective solutions. Identify root cause cost drivers for the current state and develop sourcing recommendations to achieve savings. Analyze internal or supplier information to ensure data is correctly defined in order to ensure accuracy of analysis. Provide recommendations for improvement and create documentation that relates to the analysis of the data. Lead efforts based on analysis output to drive savings. In order to support the operational success of the business, this role develops metrics, tools and process for large complex projects or large customers. Work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Assignments are very complex, cross functional and require seasoned analytical skills with high level of proficiency.

Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with clients and work with vendors, and/or internal information systems staff to assist in the design of new or modification of existing human resource information systems to meet changing requirements. Possesses some knowledge of Human Resource functions and Information Technology. Participate in the support of various Information Technology related roles such as analysis, development, testing, deployment, data base management, configuration and on-going support. Takes direction from a senior HRIS staff member. Provides data and reports to support HR decision making. Assists in the documentation of processes and systems supported. Supports low to medium complexity processes and systems. This position will have privy to highly confidential information and compliance with AT&T data security guidelines is required.

Responsible for coordinating course delivery and/or delivering instruction to management and non- management employees on tasks, policies and procedures associated with specific job titles. Instructional subject matter varies according to the needs of the client, involves specific skill sets and utilizes various instructional techniques. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Participates in client discussions to determine training needs. May coordinate with internal clients and instructors to deliver internal training programs. May be required to provide instruction to external customers on the use of various equipment, products or services. Instructional responsibilities may include training service representatives in the handling of customer contacts involving customer records, product sales and service, and credit collections work. Responsibilities also may include training network personnel in subject matter related to network engineering, outside plant, cable placement and repair, provisioning and maintenance, central office operations, and premises installation and repair. May be required to maintain training labs and/or provide classroom support to ensure materials, equipment, etc. are in place for training sessions. May lead courses for a variety of clients, conducts performance reviews, administers progressive discipline, partners with clients to achieve common revenue/service goals and works closely with design personnel to develop and maintain course materials. May facilitate courses to develop 1st and 2nd level manager skill sets in engagement, planning, performance management, customer attentiveness, delegation, diversity, attendance management, communication skills and labor relations. May provide feedback on instructor delivery, content or other aspects of a training course. May conduct train-the-trainer sessions for other instructors and provide coaching to students and employees on creating development plans and monitoring progress.
