As the membership counselor I have been in charge of several facets of the gyms operations. I am the lead on all external and internal sales, and I handle all day to day operations in absence of ownership. I handle cold calls, sales, employee relations, maintenance, and a variety of other day to day responsibilities.

I worked as the Store Operations Training Coordinator for Toys "R" Us in Wayne NJ. My main job responibilities were to create and design training documents, videos, and learning materials for the use of all associates thoughout the company.

As the manager I oversee operations of the information center and answer any questions visitors may have about the university.
