In my daily work, as agile Project manager, I lead different teams of architect, strategy, UX, developers, and testers. I drive the whole process from discovery of needs, scope of work, delivery plan and implementation, together with client. Projects normally include building or improving an e-commerce platform (Optimizely), with integrations of CRM, PIM (inRiver), ERP, Payment solutions for both B2B and B2C. As Project manager, I make decision for the client within the scope of work and budget, this to drive the development and make sure project is delivered on schedule. I work with both maintenance and new projects clients.
