I am a first generation college student. As a recent new grad RN from West Coast University I am seeking an opportunity of growth and learning in a new graduate residency program. My goal is to work in the ER and further my hands on experience while building a relationship with an aligned hospital as we work together on fulfilling the mission of the hospital and excel in the needs of our patients.
