Cakeology is a home bakery which started in February 2020 along with the pandemic. Since the beginning my goal has been to focus on flavor over appearance using high quality ingredients and long life family recipes to bake the yummiest cakes in town. All my cakes come in three different sizes, they are all naked, textured and layered. Cakeology has turned my baking hobby into my full time job, and it has brought our family together while teaching us skills we didn't know we had. We have become models, photographers, bakers, delivery people, entrepreneurs, community managers and many more while baking yummy cakes to compliment your every occasion.

While working here, I developed human resource management skills. I handled day to day issues with tact and strategy, hired, trained and motivated employees.In addition, I developed multitasking, planning and organization skills while working by hand with every department of the company. Also, I mastered customer service skills while dealing with sales customers, as well as helping service customers solve issues that may arise while providing service. Working on an unstructured environment, helped me develop critical thinking skills and adapt to changing projections so that I can easily reestablish priorities. I constantly used strengths and weaknesses to bring the company ahead, and I frequently assessed the outcomes of a course of action to make appropriate adjustments while applying ethics to business in every decision made. Working as a Junior Executive in Rusticos Alonso, also helped me developed and improve negotiation skills, communication skills, risk management, and problem-solving skills. It made me an organized, multi-tasker, self starter, professional ready to succeed at any other job that I decide to take.
