Working in the construction industry has given me the opportunity in various fields of engineering and management. I was able to showcase my leadership abilities, communication and critical thinking skills that led to conflict-resolution. Thus, gave me a path to improve on my decision-making and problem-solving expertise to finish the work within the given time frame and be able to meet the team’s targets. Also, I was able to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, warranty services, project team and management to ensure that the delivered units are consistent with the budget allocation, marketing plans, and layouts from technical to operational processes. Moreover, I am exposed to client handling that foster my skills in building strong customer relationship that increases customer satisfaction. Given the opportunity, I want to be able to share my abilities, skills, grit and passion in spaces for new challenges and growth.
