I love learning, tackling challenging problems, chewing on complex-theories and the tired feeling of exercising brain power. Previously, I was an avid student of math at Cal; my favorite topics of study are discrete mathematics, combinatorics and logic. I am new to the field of data science, but dabbled in it since my undergraduate days doing research for the Archaeology Research Facility at UC Berkeley. Spent 2 years working with a small team to study and statistically model the bio-mechanics of horse travel. Currently, I analyze HR specific data pertaining to Bechtel's performance in and not limited to, diversity, recruiting, compensation, talent management, and mobility/retention. My work encompasses a wide variety of disciplines in the technical arena as well as in aesthetic design. My focus is on designing and maintaining data model structures in Qlikview and Power BI to support company-wide HR dashboards. I also enjoy UI/UX design in our front-end dashboard conceptions.
