I am passionate about healthcare. I have a strong desire to help others. I love being a mentor and teaching our new staff how to provide resident centered care. I also love the process of creating changes for the better. I enjoy the committees I am involved in that help create a great environment. I desire a position that will allow me to continue to do those things. I am looking for something along the lines of a Unit Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Case Manager, or Case Worker. I have been in healthcare since 1998 and over the years I have had the opportunity to gather experience in obtaining patient information, creating programs, policy changes, and teaching. I understand I have a lot of floor experience and little office experience; however with my skills and education I know I can succeed in an office/supportive environment.
