As the Founder and CEO of InsureQuest, I leverage my 20 years of insurance expertise and passion for learning development to create engaging and interactive content for the insurance learning landscape. My role involves strategic planning, overseeing product development, and leading a talented team toward our vision of making insurance training accessible and engaging. Since inception, we've partnered with incredible organizations who have already seen an impact in quality from our content. Our short-term goals are to launch content directly to consumers while we continue to build our clients’ learning systems.I believe that development is a driving force behind leadership and that employees are the backbone of any successful organization. Throughout my career, I've contributed and led innovative L&D projects, such as SOPs, certification programs, mentorships, and training modules. These initiatives have been pivotal in cultivating talent, enhancing skills, and fostering a positive work environment.
