I am nearing a decade of experience in managing complex business partnerships with diverse decision makers in various IT domains, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Informatica, Azure, Hadoop, Cloud, and Security.My mission is to help clients find and hire the best in class ERP, BI, and Business Applications consultants for their projects, without the hassle of reviewing unqualified candidates, paying inflated margins, or missing deadlines. I coordinate and manage contract terms and agreements, resource planning and screening, and performance reviews and assessments for our niche, senior level consultants. I also collaborate with an internal delivery team and external candidates to ensure a smooth and successful hiring process.
