I am a recent graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and leadership. I believe adaptive leadership is key in the workplace and in other aspects of life. Studying both leadership and entrepreneurship has given me insight to how leadership and entrepreneurial skills spill over into daily life. I am always looking to learn something new and engage with people in work or social setting. I have extensive experience with customer service and working in teams to achieve a goal. I enjoy leading people in projects or assignments and accomplishing a shared goal. At this time I am looking for a full time job.
