Worked in a distribution center focusing on helping implement Lean/6S projects that would increase warehouse operations. During this time, I work on creating a VBA programmed system that would track individual and shift performance compared to average working standards. By doing so, this helped managers and directors generate strong reporting of efficiency and how to generate continuous improvements. I also worked strongly with business analytics by designing effective reporting for cycle time, inventory, employee performance, and other critical KPIs.

• Analyzed opportunities for a packaging optimization project at the distribution level• Participated in multiple Lean projects that provide better productivity, safety, and quality• Gained an understanding of current processes performed at the Tucson distribution center and created a comparative analysis to processes performed at other locations

Program, simulate, and analyze one server within a Content Delivery Network using Java, daily collaboration with PhD student, research and implement certain cache replacement strategies
