o Coordinate with site leadership teams to develop and implement overall environmental compliance and improvement strategies.o Manage regional programs to ensure operations compliance with applicable environmental regulations, permits, authorizations and agreements including air, water, waste, erosion and sediment control, and storage tanks.o Represent Company in verbal and written interaction with federal, state and local environmental agencies during industry meetings, inspections, audits, and public hearings.o Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of environmental reports.o Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of environmentally related permit applications such as new construction, Title V, and NPDES permits.o Community Right to Know Reporting (Tier II & TRI Form R)o Facility Air Permits (Title V, Synthetic Minor, State); Deviation Reporting, Annual Emissions Estimates, and any other applicable reporting for oil and gas industries.o Facility stormwater permitso Submit Discharge Monitoring Reports utilizing EPA CDX program and various State web based tools (eDMR).o Track, manage, ship, and complete reports for hazardous waste and other wastes.o Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR)o Manage and maintain facility plans, trainings, drills, and exercises for SPCC Plans, Facility Response Plans, Environmental permit requirements, etc.o Monitors and analyzes proposed and final federal and state regulations. Develops plans for compliance with new or revised regulations.o Storage tank management including tracking inspection as well as testing and registrations, and complete monthly emissions calculations using EPA Tanks Programs, or other similar programo First responder for emergency response and incident command situations such as spills/leaks.o Develop environmental scopes of work, manage records, train and conduct audits of operations and construction activities.o Field inspections of erosion and sediment controls on pipeline Right of Ways.

-Provide leadership and support with existing and new environmental projects and programs.-Provide overall project support (permit applications, regulatory interpretations, agency liaison, contractor oversight).-Leading process/procedural development to more effectively focus on project consistency across the company and assist with project task integration.-Due diligence reviews/site visits.-Assist with response efforts towards atypical non-compliance scenarios.-Communicate with state and federal regulators, contractors/consultants, the public, and employees.-Administrator for ACTS program to all facilities/terminals.

-Ensures all company operated locations have required retail licenses and permits. -Renew and apply for licensing when required. -Responsible for communicating to both internal and external interested parties, the open/close status of all company operated sites. -Calculate all royalty/utility and other payments for all contract dictated company operated locations. -Track and coordinate all violation events at company operated locations. -Coordinate the communication of Sunoco, Inc. (R&M) officer change information to state and local entities as it relates to permit/licensing.o Responsible for interviewing and training student interns for the department.

CRF Health- Contracts and Proposals (2012- Present)CRF Health provides higher-quality outcomes and more efficient paper-free clinical trials through patient-focused eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) software technology.o Initiate the creation of the project budget to support all customer bids for the Manager, Pricing and Vendor Management to review.o Generate and finalizes all Change Orders per client needs throughout the study.o Coordinates with the company’s legal staff, including the tracking of all documents reviewed by Legal.o Ensures all signed contracts are loaded into the OCT system, including SOW, Change in Scopes, Vendor Agreements, and NDA’s.o Responsible for procurement of study specific hardware.o Files all executed contracts both hard and electronic copies.o Responsible for tracking all Proposal and Change in Scope activity.o Completes the KPI metrics for the Contracts & Legal departments, on a monthly basis.o Assist Sales with maintaining the Win-Loss activity.o Completes the Experience Matrix.
