Responsible for the database design and user manuals for GIS Application Portal, an end user application accessed by more than 10000 users. Also, developed in JavaScript multiple widgets implemented on the core of the application. This web application Portal aggregated all existing Saudi Aramco GIS Applications. Performed ArcSDE Geo-database daily support activities. Performed spatial analysis on geo-data using SQL queries and ArcPy to fetch and analyze geo-data.Implemented QA/QC process for the development of GIS applications for cartographic (eMAP) department.Performed comparative value analyses on various GIS software (ERDAS, TELCORDIA, ESRI, ENVI, etc.) and data (Navteq, TOMTOM); aspects included licensing, scalability, attributes and functionalities. These analyses were critical to the division to achieve its full potential in providing GIS solutions for the whole Saudi Aramco.

Researched about crowdsourcing and use of incentives to drive this activity, aiming to find better ways to encourage employees to use crowdsourcing as a tool of their jobs. The research was conducted using different perspectives, incorporating principles of psychological human behavior in order to ease implementation of this activity on the web for end users. The proposed classification of the crowdsourcing systems and mapping to the incentive types is a first step in helping enterprises selects effective incentives to attract and sustain high quality contributions from employees. Final results were presented at the 20th Annual Frontiers in Service Conference sponsored by University of Maryland and Ohio State University, titled "Motivating Online Crowds: Towards an Effective Incentives Framework".
