I am a Financial Advisory consultant in Forvis Mazars Mexico with a high knowledge in financial and accounting analysis under the implementation of IFRS, US GAAP and Mexican GAAP standards. Within my experience, I have carried out the development of financial models and evaluation of the performance of active operations and I have participated in valuation projects of national and international clients, performing various valuation models, the determination of the fair value of companies, shares and derivative financial instruments, as well as the preparation of expected credit loss (ECP) models. I have experience in the financial, manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, among others; and additionally, I participated in Capital Markets projects in accounting, financial analysis and risk identification.
