Developed iOS with Apple Watch sample application/tutorial that leveraged Twitter notifications using MobileFirst Platform native API. Provided Level 3 product support for various customers and worked with developers to resolve customer issues through Problem Management Reports, which identified and fixed product defects. Used Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) to author and maintain product documentation, preventing future customer clarity issues.

Designed and implemented a Project Manager application prototype for Mac OSX. Explored userexperience afforded by higher-level abstractions for "projects" that unify traditional file/folder hierarchies with related structured metadata.

Evaluated Highcharts and GFlot JavaScript charting libraries. Developed prototypes in Java and contributed to a decision about which library should replace the existing Flash-based charts on the DataDomain Management Center GUI.

Wrote various Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) query programs in C# to simplify Active Directory tasks. Administrated a cleanup project to remove inactive users from a file sharing service, which resulted in removing 97% of total user accounts. This both quantified usage of the service and identified the active users. I also collected and managed server event logs, increasing efficiency for analyzing (and acting on) historical data.
