In the Bank I am dealing with risk management of investments and the setup of Securities Department, also the preparation of new regulations and workflows related to offshore mutual fund offering and securities trading platforms.

After my appointment as PM, I had begun the development of back office application to use less paper in the workflow, to be more cost-effective and environmentally friendlier. With utilizing the available interfaces among banking applications, it was possible to implement closed systems and avoiding manual modification possibilities. It has enhanced the security of systems, and abbreviated the processing of incoming and outgoing transactions and instructions. My main duties were the regular update of department related internal regulations, monitoring the completion of necessary updating of to-dos.As PM I participated in 2 projects:• FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, IRS – Internal Revenue Service US Department of Treasury): SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Treasury Department, Custody Back Office, Treasury Back Office and Securities Back Office; • KYC (Know Your Customer) & KYT (Know Your Transactions): implementation in Custody and Securities Back Office; providing training and manual guide on appropriate documentation handling; and recognition of suspicious activities and transactionsAs PM and former part of Custody Back Office I had following responsibilities as well:• TRIAS (Custody back-office application): active participation in preparation of regular system upgrading; assessment client requirements, monitoring legislative and regulatory changes; preparing specifications of business change requests; testing of delivered products and providing training for users on changes and amended workflows.• SWIFT: monitoring annual approved changes, filtering business related changes, preparing required system specifications, testing of delivered product, and providing training for users on changes

Settlement, Fund Administrator and Account ManagerWorking as senior settlement manager I was responsible for settlement of securities instructions in international and Hungarian markets, handling corporate action events. For Hungarian clients I was a fund administrator, calculation of daily NAVs, monitoring regulatory and investment policy limitation and restriction requirements, executing order instructions and settling securities instructions.
