-Platoon Commander at Bulk Fuel Company Bravo, 6th Engineer Support Battalion -Lead, train, and mentor the Bulk Fuel Platoon of 60+ Marines-Ensure the combat effectiveness, morale, welfare, discipline, administrative affairs,and professional development of the platoon to meet high standards.-Maintain and communicate timely and 100% accurate accountability of all personnel,equipment, and serialized gear of the platoon.-Clearly communicate expectations to the platoon sergeant, platoon guide, and squadleaders, while supervising and evaluating their performance.-Plan and execute a bulk fuel training program based on the current Training andReadiness Manual that is focused on the battalion's mission essential task list, companycommander's training guidance, and experiences learned in combat.-Advise the company commander on issues regarding the performance, conduct, morale, andwell-being of the Marines within the platoon.-Supervise the counseling program within the platoon, ensure personnel record jacketsare maintained, and provide recommendations for proficiency and conduct markings.

- Promoted up the enlisted ranks from Private First Class to Staff Sergeant before beingselected for the Warrant Officer ranks - Served in various leadership billets, to include Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Commander, and Company Gunnery Sergeant- Ensured the health, welfare and accountability of the Marines within the Platoon- Directed and supervised the conduct of training during drill weekend for the Marines inmy charge- Prepared all Marines in the platoon for upcoming operations or exercises; ensuring theywere worldwide deployable- Provided administrative oversight for the Platoon- Ensured that all work done by the Platoon was carried out safely and in adherence to allmeasures set forth by the operational risk management assessment- Provided concern, positive leadership and counsel in all personal and professional matters- Maintained a high level of readiness within your platoon, to include physical fitness, medical and dental readiness, and maintenance of Warfighting equipment- Supported command sponsored community outreach events- Deployed to Kuwait and Iraq in 2003 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom

-Responsible for day-to-day management of administrative, operational, training and logistical support to Reserve Component units and individuals training at MCB Quantico.-Manages Camp Upshur RSU billeting/training facility, comprising of 54 buildings, training aids, simulators, and 80 acres.-Manages RSU funding, directing the expenditure of funds in support of RSU operations and Reserve training at MCB Quantico.-Assists in managing the Active Duty Operational Support (ADOS) program and the Individual Mobilization Augmentation (IMA) detachment.-Provides Personnel Processing Center with administrative, logistical, and fiscal support as required.-Additional responsibilities include: APC Government Travel Charge Card Program, Approving Official Government Commercial Purchase Card, Safety Officer, Security Manager, and ensuring welfare and discipline of enlisted Marines.-Serves as the Officer in Charge of the Personnel Processing Center (MPC).-Area VI Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Officer (ATO)-Representative of the Mission Assurance Working Group.

-Teach 8th Grade Common Core STEM 8 Mathematics (both traditional and co-taught classes)--Teach 8th Grade Common Core Algebra 1-Direct and supervise the Yearbook Committee-Maintain communication with parents, supervisors, administrators, and peer teachers-Effectively collaborate planning with peers and supervisors

-Taught 5th- 8th grade Math and Algebra •Head of the Math Department for the school (K-8) o researched, reviewed, and presented a new mathematics textbook series to be incorporated at all grade levels o initiated and established the alternate Algebra program for 8th grade •Introduced and launched to the use of electronic grade book and report cards at the school • Flexibly taught various additional subjects over the five and half years, to include: Religion, Art, Computers, English, Literature, History, and 1st grade Physical Education • Voluntarily coached 7th and 8th grade girls’ volleyball and basketball teams, achievingmany tournament championships as well as state tournament admittance and play
