My mission is to enable Amazon.ca to deliver the best customer experience possible, while mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.With over 12 years of experience in high-pressure, fast-paced private practice and in-house settings, I have developed a broad knowledge base and skill-set in various areas of law, including advertising, competition, consumer protection, cross-border trade, marketing, online safety, payments, privacy, and product safety and compliance. I have successfully litigated at three levels of court, drafted and negotiated complex agreements, engaged with regulators on challenging inquiries and investigations and advised on public policy matters.
