Current responsibilities include: Managing process metal accounting and reporting of all site transfers and stocks over month end. Overseeing the monthly and quarterly reporting of sales and production data to the South African Department of Mineral Resources (DMR). Providing guidance to the operations regarding all current metal accounting transfers as well as any new arising's, inline with audit requirements. I have assisted in the development, user testing and roll out of a metal accounting system and are currently managing the system in conjunction with our IT.

My responsibilities include: To ensure implementation and continued compliance of evaluation standards at operational level by means of audits. Technical assistance on evaluation principles, procedures and equipment at site. Research and development and ratification of sampling equipment at operations. Accurate reporting of test work through reports and presentations. Manage stock take at smelter and run monthly evaluation meetings. Training of staff on sampling and mass measurement for metal accounting.

I have experince in: Operating the x-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRFS). Managing the Fire assay section with the aim on problem solving and improving the process efficiency. Training of staff, implementing health and safety regulations and quality control of analysis. Responsibilities include: Quality control of analysis,monitoring and improving current systems, implementing of new systems and materials management.
