A minha paixão é a transformação, a mudança, tornar o mundo melhor de alguma forma. In Brazil and Portugal I had the opportunity to have experiences in the areas of education, social and people development in the public, private and third sectors, as well as in projects that operate in an integrated and intersectoral way, which contributed to my development at the sense of collaboration and innovation skills, making me much more empathetic, open to building connections, service-oriented and with the ability to perceive possibilities in challenging scenarios. I worked from the operational level to extensive experiences at the strategic level. I experienced project management, was a teacher and director of a public school, in addition to having carried out other activities in the areas of education and human resources. Today I am living the experience of living outside my home country, currently working as Business Manager Officer in one of the largest banks in Europe and looking forward to advance to new challenges that meet management and innovative projects.Vamos a isso! :)
