Supervisory Education Specialist Program Manager for the Department of Defense International and remote schools program, also known as the Non DoD Schools Program, which is a program serving military connected students world-wide. The position is responsible for supervising a Worldwide team in Japan, Germany, and the United States; writes and implements policy on international schools for American students; and provides guidance to staff, families and military commands that receive assistance from the Department of Defense Education Activity.

Set the vision and strategy of IBSS Education; lead the growth of the Education Division. Provide counsel to clients, consultants, and business partners to develop customized solutions. The Senior Executive Director of Education's primary focus is to enhance client’s educational mission and vision with an intentional focus on organizational development, strategic planning, and deepening the capacity of leaders and teachers. This support can take on many forms to include professional development, professional coaching, strategic and organizational planning. IBSS Corp-Education supports clients in Charter School settings, International Schools, School districts/SEA, military-connected systems, and training and development efforts of non-education entities.

Executive Directors supervise/manage and provides executive coaching for 16 leaders. Executive Directors develop and facilitate leadership and supervision training sessions employing adult learning principles, implement evaluation systems, communicate in writing and orally to a variety of stakeholders (principals, community members, executive officers, and board members). The Executive Director creates leadership development programs and writes and reviews proposals for the district to support large-scale training efforts. The Executive Director leads strategic planning sessions with district leaders and school leaders. The Executive Director attends a year- long program to deepen expertise in adult learning theory and executive coaching. The Executive Director serves as the Hearing Official on Employee Level II Grievance cases. The Executive Director mediates parental concerns and resolves them on behalf of the CEO of Baltimore City Public Schools.
