Who is Erika Perna? Hi, this is Erika Perna, I'm 26 yo and I am an Food and Beverage and Hospitality Coach and Trainer and Founder of "Scuola di Russo Online" - the first Russian Language Online School in Italy. I had the amazing opportunity to merge my two passions and I created my own business. The Ho.Re.Ca world taught me that the passion is not enough if you want to be a leader in your sector. You must be determined and empathic. This is the reason why I gave the added value into my CV. I started to work in the Hospitality Sector when I was 14 yo and I grew up very fast and my career was stunning. At the same time, when I was in UK I started to study Russian and I moved in Saint Petersburg to improve this language. My mission is to help your Company to grow up and increase the proceeds.
