As a legal assistant at the Ticket Clinic, my responsibilities span various essential tasks. These include managing the hiring process, informing clients about the progress of their cases, facilitating communication between clients and their attorneys, maintaining meticulous records of client information, and providing accurate quotes. In essence, my role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and delivering effective representation to clients confronting traffic violations. Moreover, I handle a spectrum of cases ranging from criminal offenses like DUI and reckless driving to non-criminal violations such as running a stop sign or other moving infractions.

I started as a customer service representative when I started at working at the company in July of 2019. I was promoted in the month of August 2021 and my daily duties since then as a multi-store manager consist of making final cancellation calls for our customers for both offices located in Buford Hwy and Norcross, assisting in de-escalating difficult situations that may arise for customers and customer service representatives, selling policies, maintaining excel documents among others that represent the goals and expectations of each office in order to retain customers and prevent policies from cancelling, meeting premium goals assigned to each store, building positive relationships with customers and staff, collections, marketing, accounting, training, recruiting, and managing staff to reach goal objectives in both offices. I am currently pursuing a degree in Music Business. I have taken very diverse courses throughout my time in Berklee Online. I have been very fortunate to learn about Music Publishing, Music Supervision, Music Licensing, Music Theory, Music Marketing, Digital Cinematography, among many other courses! The most challenging course I have tackled is Introduction to Computer Programming. It is a very challenging course, especially because I started knowing nothing about the intricate world of coding. It has only been 6 weeks, and I already know all the basic elements it takes to build a website like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

I am the hostess and cashier for the restaurant in Neiman Marcus called The Mermaid Bar. As a hostess I am required to greet and seat our customers. I am also the cashier and my responsibilities are to balance the drawer at the end of the night, and make transactions for our customers. The position of hostess/cashier carries various responsibilities where you have to multitask frequently. I would be taking phone calls while at the same time ringing someone up, and the next minute preparing a customer's order. The position comes with side-tasks to do as well such as getting things ready for the next day, by cleaning and preparing dressings for example. Occasionally, I also cover for my coworkers as a server in their absence.
