With almost 7 years of experience in the operation team at the National Bank of Canada, I am now ready for new challenges. Specialized in the transfer department, with no experience in the banking area, I started with the phone calls contacting the other institutions to ensure the quality of our transfers, then learned to process and submit legal transfer documents. I started doing the training and quality control of the team to ensure the best quality possible and the constant development of each employee. Then I specialized in resolving problem cases which brought me to the service support team for the business lines of the bank to make sure they get the best service for their clients. I also worked with the project team to update the procedures, forms, and memory aid to always improve the team’s work ethic and performance. Working for the operations also includes issuing cheques, booking funds in the clients account, making corrections, etc. I also have experience in sales and client services from working for a performance horses company which included training, showing and selling horses to clients and also giving lessons to new clients. Working at the barn brought me great managing skills since it is a lot of hard work, coordination and training of ourselves, the horses and also the new employees of trainees
