Ms. Iler represents a variety of clients including physicians, licensed healthcare professionals, professional corporations, medical groups, academic teaching hospitals, higher education, and individuals. Ms. Iler also advises licensed health care professionals and medical groups regarding corporate and healthcare laws.Ms. Iler received her J.D. in 2004 from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Ms. Iler received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. Ms. Iler is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section and Health Care Law Section.Prior to joining Carlson & Jayakumar, Ms. Iler practiced business litigation with an emphasis in government contracts and regulated industries and commercial collections.
