With a combined presence of a total of 8 years, the two companies have built strong partnerships with our clients who we continue to serve under our new company – Ben Edictio.• Reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager• Understanding technology, technical roles and technical skills.• Sourcing and uncovering candidates• Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description• Keeping candidates in the loop.• Mine candidates CV's for volume recruitment and identify qualified candidates through networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, internal database, referrals and partnerships.• Utilize colleges contacts, search firms and Internet tools to meet sourcing needs• Conduct candidate call-outs, coordinate interview availabilities.• Also doing end to end recruitment process• Attend to other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
