Leading On Deck's Runway Fund investment team ($32M AUM). Focus on being first-check in companies arising out of the On Deck Founders program (3000+ participants to date). Leveraging 10+ years experience backing and supporting early stage founders.

After building and executing on a successful international expansion playbook, I took on all of our Business Development functions (Partnerships, Admissions, B2B Sales) throughout our company's restructuring efforts. Later, I managed our Sector-focused programs and vertical expansion efforts (team of 40+).

Led On Deck's global expansion efforts. Built our playbook for international expansion and hired a team of senior Geo Managers across 5 different markets, growing our revenue from international customers from 0 to 25% of total revenue.

Launched our first international market successfully, as the only team member focused on non-US growth. In the process, I helped make improvements to our overall operations based on Europe expansion learnings.

As Director of The Family in France, I built a team to support our portfolio companies in different areas (PR, Lobbying, Events, Growth, Fundraising) and created synergies with the local ecosystem and its key players (VCs, Schools, Corporates, Government officials). As a founding team member, I had many responsibilities over the years including fundraising support, community building, crafting education programs, public speaking, closing strategic partners, and expanding our international network (Europe & US).

I developed our international community of angel investors & VC firms across Europe and the US, supporting our portfolio companies' fundraising efforts.

Negotiated $500K in free services for each portfolio company joining The Family, with the best service providers including AWS, GCP, Stripe, Salesforce, GitHub and many more.Organized hundreds of educational workshops for our portfolio companies, and led our efforts for the first edition of Koudetat, a paid education program for entrepreneurs.

Organized workshops & community events for our first batch of portfolio companies - which included Algolia, Heetch & StarOfService.

First Senior Associate hire. Worked directly with the firm's founding partners supporting our strategic corporate clients. Our law firm created new legal precedent on a landmark arbitration case, and was part of the legal team in a financing operation for a new telecommunications company, among other achievements. Directly oversaw over 100 litigation cases.

Worked part-time at a family-owned law firm while attending law school. This hand-on working experience (and graduating with honors) helped secure a Senior Associate position at a top local law firm after.
