- Planning testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet the requirements;- Responsible for identifying testing requirements, preparing test scenarios, test plans, test procedures, and reports for the project;- Manual testing of the software;- Collaboration with other Team Leads and Project Management;- Responsible for junior QA training to ensure the team performance is at the expected knowledge and skill level.- Overall project-related document management: ensuring all test scenarios, plans, and procedures are up to date, and reports meet and exceed the requirements.

- Planning manual testing initiatives to ensure software updates meet or exceed requirements;- Performing manual testing: functional, performance, regression, accessibility, etc.- Data validation: analyzing and reviewing testing processes as well as results to identify any deviations from expected results;- Document management: analyzing and updating project documentation to identify changes and update existing processes.

- In collaboration with Scientific department worked on multiple projects supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the National Developmen Plan 2020 (NDP2020) - gained experience in project coordination working on Feasibility study, Commercialization strategy and plan, reports as well as content implementation and communication with Central Finance and Contracting Agency of Republic of Latvia (CFLA) and State Education Development Agency Republic of Latvia (VIAA);- Responsible for the Archive. Work on document circulation and storage system improvements;- Maintenance of newest information on the website.
